nextchat AI 聊天数据 使用 upstash 数据库 进行数据同步

nextchat 是在线的 chatgpt 客户端，之前使用坚果云的webdav方式无法进行同步聊天数据，而使用 upstash 就可以，也是官方建议的方式，upstash 是在线的数据库平台， 提供了免费的订阅，但是容量有限，需要设置当容量满了之后，删除旧的数据
